We’re very pleased to offer you this delicious organic version of one our favorite oolong cultivars… Tieguanyin. This particular batch has been oxidized to around 25% so it’s still very green with a wonderfully fresh orchid floral flavor profile, but also a nice balance of deep earthy honey. A light to medium bodied brew but with a lingering hint of floral astringency provides a clean finish. This tea is well suited for resteeping throughout the afternoon. Would recommend trying this if you’re looking to get into the world of oolong teas as it’s a wonderful example of Chinese oolongs. This would also be great for someone who enjoys green tea but is searching for something a little different and less grassy, while still satisfying the craving for a fresh green cup | *Moderately Caffeinated
